What is going on with Alex Salmond and the SNP? This was a man and a political party that was supposed to be different from all the others putting the people and the country first. Salmond and his party have a majority in the Scottish Parliament and as a result should have been using that to, not only show that they were different, but to actually be different from the corrupt Labour/Tory shower that have run Scotland previously.

Now with Salmond running around now just like the leaders of the Labour/Lib-Dems and Tories wanting to get government control over the press I wonder whether he is being blackmailed or is under the control of the same BANKERS and GLOBALISTS that control all of those other political parties and the unions

Why do I think that Salmond and the SNP could be getting blackmailed? Well the SNP was involved in major fraud against the tax-payer when they set up a company called Independence Merchandising in 2000 with the aim of laundering hundreds of thousands of pounds of MSPs expenses into their party funds. This is scam and infighting around it is what led to Alex Salmond standing down as leader in 2000 and as you can see above this company was quickly closed down by the party. Because of the fraud, perjury and backstabbing by Councillor, now MSP, Derek MacKay and his cronies here in Renfrewshire at that time – I was thrown out of the party for calling him scum for what they were up to and they lost all of their decent members then also – I reported the above SNP scam to Lothian & Borders police who after a period of silence on the matter said that they and the CPS were not interested as there was lack of evidence. Funny how I could get, and have, the evidence. I have just put a complaint in against the Chief Constable of Strathclyde Police and his force regarding not investigating, and perverting the course of justice, regarding fraud by SNP councillors here in Renfrewshire Council but that is another post.

Is the corrupt CPS using the above to blackmail Salmond and the SNP? The silence and lack of action with regard to the Hollie Greig and Dunblane shooting paedophilia cases makes me think that they are. The members of the other parties I know would disgracefully rather protect paedophiles within their parties than expose what their wee cult parties have been involved in covering up because their parties are guilty of this – the CPS have been using tax-payers money to cover up the guilty in the Hollie Greig case so is this the reason for Salmond and the SNPs lack of action? Either that or they are just as controlled as the Lib/Lab/Cons are! Why does Salmond and the SNP want to drag Scotland into the EU to be in the same state as Ireland etc instead of out of the EU to be more like Iceland and tell the BANKERS and GLOBALISTS where to go? Why the sudden urge to join the corrupt NATO (Gladio, Madrid Bombings, London Bombings etc)? Why do they want to carry on with the same corrupt banking system? Councillor Williams defence, appears, to rely upon whether he had an arrangement in place with his direct line manager Raymond Bell. Mr Bell denied this in court. Fact I was there. In court today Wed/03/Nov we heard from a Jim Callahan who was the group work (practice) manager in which Councillor Tommy Williams was a member of his team within Glasgow Social Work. Mr Callahan refused to sign Councillor Williams’s pay roll time sheets due to absolutely no hours being worked by Councillor Williams.

At a meeting between Callahan and Bell the two managers, Mr Bell’s reason to Mr Callahan when the issue was brought up is as quoted “you cannot fight the Labour Party”. No more was elaborated on from the statement. No more questions from the Procurator Fiscal.

The term went down like a lead balloon. Why? Well we all know that the politicians have been stealing our money for years and the system always states it is not in the public interest to prosecute. If someone was stealing our money how can any sane person tell you it is not in YOUR interest, to crave satisfaction, in full?

The answer given to Mr Callahan was extraordinary! Mr Bell claims there was no arrangement with Williams . Mr Callahan was angry at a wage, for a much needed social worker, being paid to a person without there being any service provided. In short he was pleading for a much needed worker, required to help the vulnerable children/families the department was set up to help at great cost to taxpayers.

Mr Bell in stating,” You can’t fight the Labour Party” was explaining to his college that Mr Williams was a Labour Councillor and it was unwise and impossible to highlight this fraudulent action by one of the ruling Labour Party Members. We all know what happens to (Whistle Blowers) don’t we?

Mr Williams spilled the beans in court, by stating, “He spoke to many councillors at conventions who had similar arrangements”.

Well regardless Councillor Williams, you took money from the peoples purse, money collected from our taxes, and lined your own pockets. Your claim of worrying about your pension would be laughable if we were not all so sore from the effects of the economy. Corrupt politicians, who in the main come up with useless fiscal developments costing the tax payer money so they can skim, cream, blatantly steal our money whilst providing a shambles of a service.

There are less and less Politicians who are honest, morale and blessed with some integrity. Unless the politicians are held to account we will never recover. Many a sound business floundered due to ignoring petty theft, it never stops there. Does it?

The Jury I am sure will have the common sense to convict. You see the truth is, the Crown have dumped a fraud case against an ex high ranking Deputy Leader of the Renfrewshire Labour Party on a fresh faced Procurator Fiscal, who we are told had ten days to learn her case and be prepared for trial, against not only an experienced QC, but Sheriff Spy appears to be hostile to the (young, pretty) Procurator Fiscal.

Simple answer is that it would be the death of their career. Remember, if you have an ethical or a criminal issue to highlight with the way Labour do business, watch your back. If you intend to make noises about it, or even try going public, no main stream paper will print political wrong doing unless it is a shitty we line at the back of a publication.

Mr Williams provided false time sheets and you took money in the form of wages from the People of Glasgow and provided no service for it that is fraud. Not so pure, albeit Simple to understand.

Been at Paisley Sheriff Court for this last week to follow the Councillor Tommy Williams fraud case as per the last post and it is amazing that this case looks as if it might go on for another week. You see Williams has admitted putting in timesheets to Glasgow Council claiming to have been at work when in fact he never was. The crook has come up with the claim that because of the pressure he came under being a Councillor, Deputy Leader of the Council and Convener, that is what drove him to commit the fraud – He disgracefully tries to claim that his superiors agreed to this to enable him to keep up his Pension Credits that he feared losing if he gave up his job – even though they denied this and said that they had no power to do so. This is a huge red-herring firstly because Councillors do very little work anyway – even with convenerships etc also with the c£30,000 per year he was getting from Renfrewshire Council plus the thousands he was getting from the Health Board he could easily pay for his own Pension Credits

The proof of my point about Councillors doing very little work was at the court all this week in Councillor Terry Kelly being there in support of his crooked friend Williams and to commiserate with him for his failure to adequately defend him at his Disciplinary Hearing when he was sacked from Glasgow Council.  Now witnesses saw Councillor Kelly point and say that it was all his  fault meaning a Mr Tom Gatley that Councillor Williams was in court because he reported him for committing fraud. Who is the ones sticking up for the tax-payers and constituents – It is certainly not any of these two Councillors . I’m afraid the person committing the fraud is the one to blame and no one else.

Councillor Williams and his defence claim that he has never tried to hide the fact that he was working full-time at Renfrewshire Council and at Glasgow Social Work which is a big lie as every time he thought he was under investigation he would remove the fact that he was employed at Glasgow Council from his declaration of interests on his Renfrewshire Council web page and then put it back on again when he thought it was safe to do so. Was this because Councillor Williams denied three times that he was employed by Glasgow City Council in the Social Work Department when questioned by a Sunday Mail reporter?

Mr Tom Gatley made an excellent quote in the Sunday Mail regarding this by saying “Councillor Williams defied not only the law of the land, but also the law of Physics by being in two places at one time”.

Strangely it has been said that Councillor Williams wife could not give evidence at this trial and yet it seems she is well enough to attend the court to witness the proceedings – a picky illness indeed! Ah well, seemingly Councillor Williams has implied that if he goes down for this crime then he is going to take others down with him all the way up to his teacher and mentor Irene Adams. Councillor Williams is guilty of defrauding the tax-payers, has admitted he did, so why are they continuing to waste more tax-payers money on the rest of this farce?

Oh Dear! I do a post about politicians in Scotland showing contempt for the Scottish electorate and up pops another of the troughers doing exactly that. Mind you I should not be surprised as it is Irene Adams, ex-MP for Paisley North  and now Baroness in the house of Lords who is challenging the Commons authorities to take her to court over a demand for repayment of £4,110 in disputed mortgage payments reported HERE  in the Herald newspaper.

Now Irene Adams would not know the meaning of the words “valid expense claim” or “truth” and I sent  the following email to Herald:

I am sending this email to you because I know Irene Adams to be a hypocrite and a liar with her statement about the truth regarding her expenses in your paper today. If you are interested a Mr xxxxxx xxxxxx, 00000 000 000, has got written judgements with regard to Irene Adams withholding expenses claims for plane tickets that were bought not for her but for her friend the Renfrewshire ex-Labour Councillor Tommy Williams whose court case for defrauding the council tax-payers of Glasgow starts this week. These plane tickets were bought for football matches that were in fact attended by Councillor Williams overseas.

Irene Adams and her daughter Barbara and ex-son in law Renfrewshire Councillor Mark McMillan were also involved in defrauding the tax-payers of hundreds of thousands of pounds with them working for her full-time and claiming for expenses and convenerships full time with Renfrewshire Council.

In the above email I forgot to put “from Westminster” after “written judgements” but you the reader can still get the seriousness of what this family was involved in. Yes please! This politician should be in court plus her daughter and ex-son in law.

Just over a week ago I went to Paisley Sheriff Court to see the latest pre-hearing for the fraud case involving the now ex-Labour Councillor Tommy Williams. Councillor Terry Kelly was also there with Councillor Williams – both employed by the tax-payers I might add! Now Tommy Williams had been a phantom worker for the last twenty odd years for Glasgow Council Social Work on about £30,000 per year whilst working full time for Renfrewshire Council as a councillor. The Labour party have known all this time about this situation with regard to Councillor Williams as it was reported to them by other members decades ago and they did nothing about it. Did they gain from this and who is paying for Councillor Williams QC?

It appears Councillor Williams likes wasting tax-payers money as, not only has he pleaded not guilty six times but, seemingly he has asked the court six times for the case to be carried over asking for extra time, one of these because his daughter was graduating,  and has now lost the services of one QC because of his ignoring of his advice. Apparently the Sheriff was getting a little impatient at Councillor Williams time-wasting games!

Now you would think that most people would be raging at someone who has ripped off pensioners, patients, tax-payers etc of hundreds of thousands of pounds but no – it seems that Councillor Terry Kelly was there to support Councillor Williams rather than his electorate as he was huddled up deep in conversation with him for most of the day. Anyone who has voted for these two Labour Councillors then this just shows the contempt they hold for you!

Funnily enough I also saw Councillor Terry Kelly outside the car park entrance to Renfrewshire Council talking to a Gary Pearson  who had this mobile bill poster parked across the road:

The wording on this poster highlights an internet site which appears to be extracts from the files of a well-known actvist relating to this and other to be revealed fraudulent acts – Some machinators have been identified in the minutes on the internet site highlighted on the mobile bill poster and perhaps when those other files are released it may identify other machinators involved in this affair.

Of course this is something else that Councillor Kelly, with quivering lips, claims not to know anything about yet on his blog he claims to be knowledgeable about everything – the usual it wisnae me mister. Well the rumour on the street is that ex-councillor Burns spilt the beans on the rest of them to be left alone to retire with his pay-off.

It seems most of the politicians in Scotland of all parties show contempt for the electorate!

PS Councillor Tommy Williams appears at Paisley Sheriff Court on the 5th October for a 7th diet hearing where he will have a 7th opportunity to confirm his not-guilty plea. The trial will be on the 18th October and with 31 witnesses is expected to last about four days. Hopefully justice will prevail for the people!

 My! My! I have received this information relating to the post below I did many years ago about the corruption and paedophilia relating to the Labour party here in Renfrewshire. What a shower of self-serving scum – Word also reaches me that Mark McMillian Irene Adams ex-son in law is standing for the Scottish Parliament in place of Hugh Henry (Hugh was involved in covering up all of Labours corruption when he was Labour Leader on the council) which must be the biggest joke on the hard-pressed tax-payers of this county and country since he was involved in major fraud along with his ex-wife and Irene’s daughter and Irene herself with their scam of pretending they were working full time as councillors and working full time as Irenes office manager and staff along with Irenes “fiddling” of expenses which netted them millions over the time they carried out this fraud – Ever wonder how they managed to afford to buy two of the expensive flats in the converted Anchor Mill building?

Lets not get into the crooked Tommy Williams who should not even be a councillor dealing with anything to do with council finances or with the poor suffering tax-payers he thought nothing of defrauding – of course he was worried about his Glasgow Council pension – him being the second biggest earner while working full time as a Labour councillor in Renfrewshire at that time and paying for his own pension did not enter his mind especially when you are getting a full wage from Glasgow Council for years and never turning up for work there – and a crooked Sheriff getting him off with a not proven to boot when he admitted to all of this – but his boss forced him to accept all of that money against his wishes eh? Who would have thought that an innocuous, good humoured remark would have resulted in the Baroness of Craigielea having to pay back £60,000s in libel damages to Guardian Media Group Newspapers. Secreted in a 9,000 word response to a complaint by a Councillor Jackie Henry to the grand sounding but toothless Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland, reveals beyond peradventure that Irene Adams leaked to Gordon Thompson of the Evening Times Gordon McMasters suicide note.

Adams and McMasters’ brother went halfers on the award but everyone knows she gave a copy of the suicide note to George Galloway who left it on his desk at the Mail for the Evening Times to pick up in their shared offices at Albion Street. Thompson was mentioned in the note, so Adams blackmailed him into the bargain.

Adams was sacked from a shop in Johnstone for being unable to stack shelves, she now however, has amassed a personal fortune of over £15 million by fiddling her expenses. Doesn’t it make you feel proud you come from Paisley.

I have always thought how despicable the Labour party in Renfrewshire, and Scotland, have been with regard to their cronyism, corruption and general dishonesty with regard to the electorate. But I did not think that they could stoop so low when I learned that they were involved in using council houses that “disappeared” off the council list for sordid acts with rent boys and paedophilia.

This was first brought to my, and many others, attention when the Paisley South MP, Gordon McMaster, committed suicide when he was going to be exposed for his involvement in these activities, apparently with regard to a Stuart Clark, who is mentioned HERE under the heading Strangly Brown.  At the time Irene Adams and the Labour party tried to blame other Labour party members for the MPs suicide.

Two of these disappeared houses, frequently mentioned with regard to these activities, are in Bridge of Weir, 6 Warlock Road and 15 Warlock Drive. Apparently Labour politicians, amongst others, visited these houses including a Renfrewshire MP and also ex-PM Gordon Brown. Not knowing if these claims were in fact true I am now of the opinion, as are others, that after reading this HERE and HERE that the Labour party are morally corrupt as well for covering up for these sickos. They also have the brass neck to put up the afore-mentioned Stuart Clark as a candidate HERE at the 2011 Scottish elections.

As if it could not get any worst there is also this HERE and HERE that shows how bad things are in Scotland with regard to these paedophiles and how they are getting away with it.  Why are the politicians silent on this? Why are the newspapers and TV silent on this?  Every person  covering up for these filthy scum are just as guilty as them for these crimes. It is time for the Scottish government to act on this unless they are involved as well. Time for every decent person in Scotland to act on this as well – pass it on.

We need an investigation into all of these despicable things mentioned here and all of the guilty jailed – including those covering up for these despicable crimes. If anything proves That Labour puts their party and power before the people – it is this!

Oh dear! It seems that SNP’s Renfrewshire Labour style backstabbing and infighting has spread to South Lanarkshire concerning the councillor John McNamee.

How I and many other ex-SNP members here will recognise the same pattern of accusations against a fellow councillor.  Did this councillor indulge in “inappropriate behaviour” at a social function?  If that is the case where is the complaints in the press by other parties or persons that attended the event.

So the SNP were initiating disciplinary procedings against this councillor over concerns about his expense claims.  How hypocritical of this party and what a load of drivel.  If they had any concerns and evidence about this councillor then they should have reported him to the police not the party.  Strange how we have the situation here in Renfrewshire of the SNP councillors Derek Mackay and Celia Lawson who have actually been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for fraud and councillor Lorraine Cameron reported to the police with no investigation or disciplinary procedings by the SNP.  The silence from Labour on this is deafening but then again they are in the same boat!

The fact is people the SNP are just a corrupt as the Labour party.  Another SNP councillor here in Renfrewshire George Adam is a crook and the party know this.  This man ripped off the banks of hundreds of thousands of pounds, ripped off St Mirren FC and Renfrewshire Council for thousands, and others, and was not allowed to be vetted as a candidate as a result.  The only reason he was not prosecuted by the banks is they did not want you to know how easy it was for them to be scammed.  This man only got selected because they had no one left after all the decent people left the party because of what was going on here in Renfrewshire.  This man should not be a councillor and the party know it!

SNP is not interested in corrupt councillors, it seems to be that they are only interested if it is members of a council group who report the fraud or misconduct – if you were a normal member, like myself, who report members of a group they ignore your concerns, discipline you for calling the guilty scum for what they are doing and throw you out of the party.  The SNP is as bad as the other parties – you find out the hard way!

Imagine that! Someone has come on to the post below “Councillor Cameron And Renfrewshire Council Under Police Investigation!” and has accused me of lying.

Fact 1 SNP Councillor Lorraine Cameron and Renfrewshire Council have been reported to, and are under investigation by, the police for the reasons in the blog below. No lies there!

Fact 2 Labour Councillor Mark McMillan and ex-Provost Ronnie Burns have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for fraudulently ripping off the council tax-payers of Renfrewshire as has Tommy Williams, who has also been charged for defrauding the council tax-payers of Glasgow. Labour have thrown Williams out of the party but are awfully quiet about McMillan. No lies there!

Fact 3 SNP Leader Derek MacKay and the SNP Provost of Renfrewshire Celia Lawson have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for fraudulently ripping off the council tax-payers of Renfrewshire. No lies there!

Fact 4 There are other Labour and SNP councillors who have been ripping off the council tax-payers of Renfrewshire who will be reported. No lies there!

Fact 5 All the decent people in Renfrewshire SNP who did all the work have resigned and left the party because of the despicable, dishonest and illegal backstabbing of decent councillors by the lazy and useless scum councillors that are left. No lies there!

This person is also alleging that I have something to hide in my past – again I say feel free to investigate me or report me to the police if you have any allegations against me. I have nothing to hide! No lies there!

On the 29th October I reported Councillor Cameron to the Chief Constable of Strathclyde Police for committing fraud with regard to the Poll Tax, Council Tax and Working Families Tax Credits and for illegally obtaining a Council House that she was not entitled to. I have also reported her for driving illegally without a license and for fraudulently claiming mileage allowance from April 2001 to May 2003 when apparently she only passed her driving test in 2007.

I have also reported Renfrewshire Council to the Chief Constable for covering up for Councillor Cameron’s fraud and lying to the police with regard to this matter.

This was already reported to the Council by myself on the 6th March 2007 and after they “investigated” my claims they found not one bit of evidence against Councillor Cameron. Knowing there were other witnesses to the contrary, as well as myself, I then subsequently reported this matter to the police who were shown the “evidence” by Renfrewshire Council relating to their “investigation” and concluded that going by what they were shown there was nothing to investigate. I subsequently tried and failed to get the documentation relating to Renfrewshire Councils “investigation” under Freedom of Information.

The facts are that Councillor Cameron has been committing fraud with regard to the Poll Tax, Council Tax and Working Families Tax Credits. She also illegally and fraudulently obtained a council house she was not entitled to. She was driving illegally for a number of years and committed fraud with regard to claiming mileage expenses. There are witnesses to these things so who is doing the lying and covering up! As a result of all this fraud they have managed to buy their own council house, her mother-in-laws and her mothers council houses.

Something is really rotten about Renfrewshire Council – Watch this space!

Amazing! This week the Labour party has actually moved very swiftly to report the directors of MG Rover, a private company that collapsed I might add, to the Serious Fraud Office. This was after a four year, £16 million, independent inquiry by the government themselves. Just what are the government trying to hide by this move?

This move is more to do with burying this report until after the next election. It has nothing to do with fraud, after all the Administrators appointed to MG Rover did not find any fraud. It is because it will show up the incompetence of the Labour government in dealing with this issue.

Funny the difference between how Labour has moved with regard to this matter and how they have had to be dragged kicking and squealing into having an independent inquiry into the Iraq war, which has resulted in the deaths of hundreds of British soldiers and hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqis.

Why is Labour still desperate to avoid an independent inquiry into the London bombings? For the same reason they avoided a Post Mortem into the death of Dr David Kelly, because they are involved in both of these incidents – They have been involved in the murder of their own citizens!

Excellent news then that a team of 13 specialist Doctors have mounted a legal challenge to the Labour government to demand a formal inquest into the death of Dr Kelly and for the release of his autopsy report. It is also excellent news that in the US a bill is going through the Congress to have a new independent inquiry into 911 based on the facts presented by Dr Judy Wood (see videos at side) and that her attempt to sue the US government for putting out false information is now proceding through the US court system.

The governments of the US and UK have been involved in Treason, Murder and Inciting Terrorism – Time is now running out for the real terrorists!
