  • Labour in Renfrewshire Shuffle Their Dodgy Pack!

    My, My! Labour this week have finally taken the decision to distance themselves from one of their crooked councillors, Tommy Williams. As I have said on another blog below it was reported to the Labour party, by some of their own members, over twenty years ago what this man was up to and yet in all of that time they did nothing.

    It was from this episode that the term “phantom worker” originated, from these very people. This actually begs the question if the Labour party knew this was going on and did nothing about it then who was actually benefitting from this scam, was it Councillor Williams himself or was it the Labour party? Councillor Williams was “employed” with the Social Work at Glasgow Council for over twenty years for which he was paid, only thing is he was never there.

    This also begs the question how many other “phantom workers” are there? The Audit Commission recently revealed that Renfrewshire Council did not know how many workers they have (or how many council houses they own) and that they could be paying out wages to workers who no longer work for them. If this was going on in both Renfrewshire and Glasgow, both Labour councils at the time, then how many other councils was it going on in and who was benefitting?

    Councillor Iain McMillan, leader of the Labour Group on Renfrewshire Council, wants Councillor Williams to be considered as an Independent member from now on, and is happy for Councillor Kelly to take the place of his friend Councillor Williams, on the Leadership Board. Funny how there was no leadership when Councillor Kelly was Chairman of the Scrutiny Board when it came to expenses, he was blind to Councillor Williams working full time for Glasgow Council and yet claiming for and working full-time for Renfrewshire Council, same for Councillor Mark McMillan and ex-wife Barbara Adams, working full-time for Irene Adams MP and yet claiming extravagant expenses for working full-time as Councillors. Just a couple of examples, yet Councillor Kelly somehow managed not to be able to do his job and scrutinise what his friends were up to with regard to their crooked stealing of the tax-payers hard-earned money!

    Councillor Iain McMillan who are you kidding, you still have Mark McMillan who has committed major fraud against the tax-payer in your Group who has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal, along with the SNP duo Celia Lawson and Derek MacKay, and what do you do?   • This expenses farce is not just about the last four years!

    Many of you out there may be disgusted and angry about the MP’s expenses swindles that are being revealed by the press in this country at present but you better be prepared for the fact that this has been going on for more than just the last four years. This has been going on for decades and what the press are reporting now are just the tip of the iceberg.
    It is not just the MP’s that have been fleecing their constituents and tax-payers it is also local government Councillors that have been at it. The fact is the Westminster government, the Scottish government, the Lord Advocate knows it and they have all been sitting on it, trying to bury it and hoping it will go away. The Procurator Fiscal has been sitting on the fraud cases committed by the Renfrewshire councillors, already mentioned in a couple of blogs below, for a few years now and yet still no sign of justice for the people of Renfrewshire, yet they will wheech people right through the court for less!
    The case of Ronnie Burns, see excellent STV video at side, is just one example. I took a civil action out against Councillor Burns for the return of a penny of my council tax, the smallest amount that I could claim, that he had stolen. After reading my file detailing examples of Councillor Burn’s fraud the Sheriff threw my case out and stated that “this was a serious criminal matter and that it should be heard in a higher court”. Still waiting to see what the Procurator Fiscal is going to do with this, and the others, serious criminal matter.

This relates to fraud that was being carried out by Irene Adams and her family that I had mentioned in another post below. Like I said above this has been going on for decades, there has been too many people silent on these goings on in Scotland. It is taking the English press to lead on this matter with the Scottish press following with as little as they can. Ask yourself why? Who are they protecting – it is certainly not you! This expenses farce is not just about the last four years!

  • Report these dishonest scum to the police!

    I thought when I saw the headline that the House of Commons was calling in the police that finally all those MP’s, who were committing criminal acts of stealing hundreds of thousands of pounds of the poor hard-up tax-payers cash, were going to be hopefully charged with fraud, jailed and thrown out as being unfit to be in the position as a lawmaking MP.
    But no, they were calling in the police to investigate who gave out the information that showed the hard-pressed tax-payers who were ripping them off. Every MP received an e-mail saying that there were REASONABLE GROUNDS to suspect CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR.
    Just who are these people kidding! For a start this information was in the public interest and the Information Commissioner had ordered them to release it. Also there is reasonable grounds to be SURE of CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR by all of the MP’s who were dishonest enough to engage in this blatant ripping off of the people of this country.
    Son of the Manse, yes that’s a laugh, Gordon Brown has the cheek to blame THE SYSTEM. It is nothing to do with the system Gordon, it is to do with you and your fellow MP’s being dishonest greedy bastards who put yourselves before the very people, who voted for and trusted you, and who you pay back by robbing them stupid. Funny how Gordon now only thinks that the system’s got to change after Freedom of Information has shown what was going on by him and his fellow crooks.
    As I have said above there is reasonable grounds to be sure that these MP’s have been involved in criminal behaviour. That is who the House of Commons should be reporting to the police, that is who the police should be investigating. It is time these people who think they are above the law to be brought to justice. Instead of everyone signing a petition to get Brown to resign, everyone should be reporting these scum to the police!

  • Who Do You Think You Are Kidding Labour?

    Just how stupid do the Labour party think the people of this country are with regard to their attempts to divert our attention from their sleaze and incompetence. First of all we had their usual lets scare the population, just before a bank holiday weekend for greater effect, to show how they are keeping on top of this kiddy-on terrorist scam that our governments started with 911, and 7/7 in London. Anyone who still believes our corrupt governments about these events should watch the evidence, in the videos at the right hand side and make up your own minds. Funny how these “students” were deported for visa irregularities with no evidence of terrorist targets or weapons, the usual in fact.
    Secondly, we have the situation regarding the setting up of internet blogs with the intention of smearing the opposition. In England it was to make up false smears about the Tories in the hope of spreading them through the internet and thus giving them credence by becoming mainstream news in the newspapers and tv. Again just who do the Labour party think they are kidding with regard to Damian McBride, who was employed by Brown among others, to carry out his spin and dirty tactics on his opponents, especially within his own party.

    That is how Gordon Brown has got to where he is, nothing to do with talent as he has none, but to do with surrounding himself with equally talentless brown-nosers to smear and control everyone else that he would consider a threat to his power. We are supposed to believe that this control freak Brown and his wee gang did not know what this guy was up to, we are also supposed to think that Brown’s wee sychophants like Douglas Alexander were trying to get rid of McBride because he was a loose cannon, that’s rich coming from another shower of serial liars and conmen.

    In Scotland they have supposed to have set up the blog “A Leaky Chanter” to dish the dirt on the SNP. Of course if you visit that site just now they claim that is rubbish, but then they would wouldn’t they. Then again maybe they are claiming it is their site that is rubbish because that would be true, with all the corruption and incompetence coming from the Labour party and Westminster all they can come out with is petty drivel about the SNP!
    Now we have Brown’s attempt to change the rules on MP’s second homes allowances, after he, half his cabinet and MP’s, have been fiddling it for everything they can get for years, and also to try and undermine the investigation by the standards watchdog into what was going on with regard to this fraud. It is time for this cesspit at Westminster to be cleared out and reformed, preferably by Scotland getting out of it! Just who do you think you are kidding Labour?

  • We All Know Who The Guilty Are – So Do Something About It!

    There are two types of people in this world, honest and dishonest. We all know the difference between the two. It is the same in politics, the honest people do the job in hand, whether it be local councillor, MSP, or MP, for the benefit of the people who voted for them. These people would not dream of stealing from the people who put them in that position. Then you have the other type, the dishonest ones, only in it for what they can get out of it, do as little as they can for their electorate and quite happy to rip them off for every penny they can get out of them.

    Here in Scotland we need not be shocked by the corruption that is going on in Westminster just now with regard to the Labour party, we have been used to it for decades. But with the fact that Gordon Brown, the Prime Minister, Alistair Darling, the Chancellor and half the cabinet as well as a fair number of backbench MP’s are ripping off the people of this country no wonder it has shocked the people of England as well as to how corrupt these people are.

    Like I said we all know the difference, honest people just would not do what these Westminster MP’s are up to. It is the same here with regard to our local councillors, the honest councillors got on with the job of representing their constituents and only claimed what they were due. Like I said in a previous post the dishonest ones, Ronnie Burns, Celia Lawson, Derek MacKay, Mark McMillan and Tommy Williams decided they would rather rip off their constituents by claiming money they were not due.

    The Labour party were told about Tommy Williams over ten years ago about him ripping off Glasgow council, the term “Phantom Worker” actually came from them because of his getting paid for a job that he never attended. Mark McMillan opens up a can of worms. Just who was doing the most fraud here? Was it Mark, or his ex-wife Barbara Adams, or was it her mother Irene Adams, ex-MP for Paisley North and now in the Lords as a “Dame”. It’s a family affair as the song goes!

    You will all note the silence on this issue on the “Don’t Drink Without A Piece Of Paper” blog below, the local Labour and SNP party’s and councillors know about this site and some have commented on other issues. Never before have the SNP in Renfrewshire been so silent on the Labour fraudsters and why are Labour so silent on the SNP fraudsters. We all know why! Only the dishonest would commit fraud, we all know who the dishonest politicians are, if your MP is one of these who are ripping off the system report them to the police – If they were honest they would not have done it in the first place!

  • What Sort Of Scot Would Support This Disgrace?

    What a disgrace this Labour government are, just how low will they stoop! The Scottish Government was going to give the Dunfermline Building Society a loan of £30 million to help keep it going and had asked the Treasury in London for permission to do so. They sent in KPMG as independent auditors to check out the company who concluded in their report that, although they do have some serious issues, they are well structured with this loan and £110 million in reserve assets to turn the company round.

    Not satisfied with that all the Labour ministers and MP’s involved have been going around spewing lies to the media that the Dunfermline Building Society is in serious trouble because they have bought £60-100 million of American sub-prime toxic mortgages even after Jim Faulds the boss of the company has told them they have no sub-prime toxic debt and that they only purchased English buy-to-let from an American company and that this is news to him, his company’s auditors and their stakeholders and also the governments own independent auditors KPMG.

    No wonder Jim Faulds was angry on the news today, not only are these Labour politicians lying about and distorting the position of his company, but the Treasury has not been in contact with him and his company for six months, even though he has been trying to contact them and also the Chancellor Alistair Darling who has not returned one call. Of course Alistair Darling would have been too busy practising his lies for the media to take these calls.

    There was no major problem with this Building Society, this is to do with the English-funded Labour party bringing down this company to stop the Scottish Government getting any plaudits for helping to keep it going. They are also going to use this and the collapsed Scottish banks as scare tactics in a Scottish Referendum on Independence as an argument against Scotland being able to stand on its own. The fact that it means the same for the UK as well if that is the case with the English banks being in the same boat with the UK now being bankrupt means nothing to these people.
    What sort of Scot would support any party who would do this to their country never mind a party that is funded by another country. The Scots who stabbed Wallace in the back for the sake of England are still around, what a disgraceful wee nation!

  • Don’t Drink Without A Bit Of Paper But You Can Steal Our Money!

    What is the difference between a pub manageress called Pauline Dallas and Councillors, Ronnie Burns, Celia Lawson, Derek MacKay, Mark McMillan and Tommy Williams.
    Pauline Dallas was unfortunate in that, due to work commitments, she made a late application to Renfrewshire Council’s legal department for a drinks licence to run a bar at a wedding reception she had arranged at Paisley Town Hall. Obviously worried about the wedding she attempted to have the council approve the licence, telephoning and even called into the council the day before the reception. She was informed that the licence had been granted but because it was a holiday weekend the councillor responsible for signing it was not available to do so. Stupidly, and not wanting to let the newlyweds down, she forged another licence she had to make it look as if it was for that reception. An eagle-eyed solicitor from the council saw that the event had gone ahead and informed the police and she ended up with a £600 fine.
    In the case of Councillors, Ronnie Burns, Celia Lawson, Derek MacKay, Mark McMillan and Tommy Williams these people have all been fiddling and defrauding the tax-payers, some to quite serious amounts. See the video from STV, in the Video Vault at the side, regarding the now ex-provost Ronnie Burns for just one of them. These people are all subject to a report to the Procurator Fiscal in Paisley.

    Just what is going on here and why is it taking it so long to bring these people to justice? The difference between these two cases is that the Council, Police and Procurator Fiscal all fell over themselves to prosecute a woman who may have been stupid but who did not rob anyone. Yet here we have councillors who have been abusing their positions by stealing from the people they were elected to represent. It was easy enough for ordinary lay-people to prove that these people have been committing fraud so what is the Council and the Procurator Fiscal’s problem?
    The Procurator Fiscal cannot claim that the drinks licence was in the public interest when it affected no-one and yet it is that self same public that has been affected by the actions of these councillors. This stupidity will have a long-term affect on the future of this bar manageress yet these councillors are allowed to carry on as if nothing happened – Is the Council and Procurator Fiscal more corrupt than the Councillor’s?

  • Absolutely Not Very Satisfied Dougie!

    It just goes to show that being a son of the manse does not mean that you will grow up to be any more honest than anyone else. In fact two that come to mind, Gordon Brown and Douglas Alexander, would seem to prove that the opposite is in fact the norm. These two have spent their entire political lives lying to, conning and using scare tactics to get people to vote to keep their snouts in the Westminster trough. They are also quite happy to go along with illegal things like the Iraq war, the London Bombings – very eager to avoid Independent Investigations into both of these, and their disgusting attempts lately to try and exempt MP’s from the Freedom of Information laws with regard to expenses.

    Here in Renfrewshire Dougie has spent his entire career conning the electrate, at their expense, that he is working hard on their behalf. No shame from Dougie of course as he is one of the Scottish MP wasters being paid to do absolutely nothing on behalf of the people of Renfrewshire and Scotland. Just look at the reverse of one of his propoganda leaflets above, paid for by you, for proof of what I say.

    This is put out as a survey scam, but as you will notice every issue on this leaflet has absolutely nothing to do with his role as an MP. The only one you could say that is within his remit is taxation – how many people bother him with regard to this issue plus it is also an issue that the majority in the Scottish parliament think that they should have power over. These are all MSP and Local Councillor issues. You will also note how Dougie rates himself in Question 4 as you have five rates of how “very satisfied” you are of his “work”!

    Proof that these wasters like Dougie are getting paid to do nothing, they cannot find anything useful relating to what they do for the people of Scotland in Westminster so they have to stick their noses into other peoples areas to justify their existence – Too many politicians wasting our time and money in another country’s Parliament and affairs!

  • Funded From England And Wants To Reclaim The Scottish Flag!

    Other signs that the Labour party are heading for extinction this week were not only the pitiful number who bothered to turn up for their Scottish Conference in Dundee, the fact that their membership in Scotland is now on a par with the SNP, but also the desperate attempt by the numpty Jim Murphy, the kiddy-on Scottish Secretary to try and portray the Labour party as being somehow Scottish.

    Jim Murphy claimed that the financial crisis had proved the SNP’s economic blueprint to be “fantasy beyond fiction” this from a guy who says that the downturn in the economy was thanks to “unforgivable banking vandalism” Just who are the one’s who are living in fantasy beyond fiction land, Jim Murphy and Gordon Brown, two numpties that have never worked in their life and have the cheek to slag off every one else’s policies and blame every one else for their own disasterous policies.
    As I have said on another post we have Jim Murphy and all the other Scottish MPs getting paid full-time wages for doing absolutely nothing, about £30 million pounds being wasted on these wasters every year, and he claims that there is a patriotic case for the union and that Scottish families know that you cannot run your home the way the SNP want to run a separated Scotland. Of course we will see what the people think when they are told this!
    The truth is Jim Murphy and his fellow unionists of whatever party are only interested in their own party and career, they need their funding from England to keep their parties going and to help keep Scottish parties down.   • Secretary of State for Justice For Who?

    My the Labour party must have a lot to hide by their actions this week with regard to their vetoing of the release of the minutes of two cabinet meetings leading up to the Iraq war. According to Jack Straw the publication of these minutes would destroy the ability of ministers to engage in “full, frank and robust discussion, safe in the knowledge that their individual views will not be disclosed”.

    What a load of rubbish, these MP’s are in their position to represent the people, what is best for the people, not themselves or their party. What is Straw saying, that when these ministers are speaking in parliament or in the media that their views are completely different to what they say in cabinet meetings.

    The truth is the Labour party are mixed up in the entire 911/Iraq War/London Bombings scam along with the Bush administration. These things are all linked, Labour is so involved in these three events that they cannot afford to release these lies, the same reason they will not allow an independent inquiry into the London bombings. The Labour party are guilty of the murder of, not only hundreds of thousands of innocent people in Iraq, but also of their own citizens in the London bombings.

    Jack Straw is the Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor what a joke! – What justice will the people murdered in the London bombings or the dead and injured in the carnage of Iraq get whilst this man has his corrupt snout in this postion?
